Carers Support Service

Caring for someone can be rewarding, especially when you can see the person is well and living safely at home. However, it is often hard work and can leave carers feeling exhausted.

The Carers Support Service provides support for carers of all ages, in all caring situations and aims to promote and protect the health and wellbeing of carers.

If you provide care, help, or support a family member or friend, please contact the Carers Support Service for an Information Pack at telephone 028 95042126 or email [email protected]

Also, check out the Carers Section on the Belfast Trust website at Carers’ Services | Belfast Health & Social Care Trust (hscni.net)

You can help improve the service

The Carers Support Service would like to improve how we communicate and share information with unpaid/ family carers.  This will help us to develop a plan to better communicate with carers.

If you provide care, help, or support a family member or friend, the Carers Support Service is asking you to complete a questionnaire, which has been designed with carers. Request a questionnaire by telephoning 028 9504 2126 or email your details to [email protected]
