A warm welcome to our new patron Eamonn Holmes

We are delighted to welcome Eamonn Holmes as patron of Friends of the Cancer Centre.  Eamonn will be working with us to help raise support and awareness of the charity and the vital work we do to support local cancer patients and their families.

Commenting on his new role with the charity, Eamonn said:

“I am delighted and very proud to be a patron of Friends of the Cancer Centre.

“Friends of the Cancer Centre is an amazing charity which supports thousands of people affected by cancer across Northern Ireland.  We all know someone who is, or has been, touched by cancer and it’s a great comfort to know that Friends of the Cancer Centre is there when people need it most.  The extent of the charity’s work is incredible and most importantly, everything Friends of the Cancer Centre does makes a real and meaningful difference to so many lives.

“To be able to support this wonderful work is a real privilege and I’d encourage everyone to join me in their support of this fantastic and worthy cause.”

Stay tuned to our website and Facebook page for news of some of the exciting work Eamonn will be supporting us in.
