Cancer Centre shines bright for Christmas

The Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital is shining brightly this Christmas with the switching on of the hospital’s new Christmas tree.

Friends of the Cancer Centre, in partnership with the Belfast Trust, Helm Housing, Morris Flynn and Son and LM Services, unveiled a new 15ft Christmas tree outside the Cancer Centre for the very first time.

Pictured at the switching on of the lights below are Dermot Stewart, Quantity Surveyor, MFS Ltd; Jeff Spiers, Contracts Manager; LM Services NI Ltd; Kevin Taylor, Estates Operations Manager, Belfast Trust; Kieran Walsh, Director of Housing, Helm Housing; Sheila Taylor, Housing Manager, Helm Housing; Claire Hogarth, Fundraising Manager, Friends of the Cancer Centre; Mark Murphy, Contracts Manager, MFS Ltd.

We’re always in need of volunteers to join our fabulous fundraising groups, help at events or in their local community, so if you have time to spare and would like to get involved, please get in touch to find out more.
