'Friends' is the leading local cancer charity based at the heart of the Northern Ireland Cancer Centre, Belfast City Hospital. The charity makes a real and meaningful difference for thousands of cancer patients and their families across Northern Ireland. Over 90% of money raised by the charity goes directly towards patient care and we thank you for your continued support.
