We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Head of Fundraising.

As Friends of the Cancer Centre relies entirely on the generosity of the local community to continue our vital work, the Head of Fundraising is a key member of the charity’s management team. This role offers the opportunity for the right candidate to generate major fundraising growth and to continue the charity’s reputation as one of the leading cancer charities in Northern Ireland. 

Historically, our fundraising focus and successes have been in community and events fundraising and corporate partnerships. We are seeking to increase all areas of income, aiming to focus on significantly developing our engagement and interaction with regular donors, trusts and foundations, and developing new approaches to attract major donors. In order to achieve these aims, you will be responsible for the management of a team of four, professional fundraising staff and therefore, previous management of a fundraising team is essential.
