Our staff member in focus for July is Gillian, Head & Neck Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Gillian provides vital care for those affected by these often complex cancers, and does this by:

• Being on hand as a keyworker and point of contact for her patients
• Guiding patients and their families through the cancer pathway
• Supporting patients with tolerating their treatment
• Advising on symptom control
• Working as part of the multidisciplinary head & neck cancer team
• Signposting to supportive services
