Cask of New Make Triple Distilled Malt Whiskey, donated by Outwalker Irish Whiskey

Irish whiskey has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years, largely as a result of Jameson bringing Irish whiskey to younger consumers and new markets. Consumers have grown to realise the inherent quality that for too long was overshadowed by Scotch Whiskey. As a result, Ireland has 50 distilleries in operation in 2024 compared to four in 2010.

New make Irish whiskey casks are currently returning between 18 - 20% growth in value in year one, up to 18% in year 2 and 18% again in year 3. This is an indicative forecast based on current performance. Ongoing annual returns can be forecast to be 10% per annum. The cost of the cask being stored in a bonded warehouse in Ireland for up to 5 years is covered in the purchase price For further information on Irish Whiskey investments please email [email protected]

Callaway Tour Bag, signed and donated by Tom McKibbin

Tom is another product of the incredible youth system at Holywood Golf Club, turning professional in 2021. His first win on European Tour was in June 2023 when he won the European Open. He is currently ranked number 14 on the European Tour, and will certainly rise further. This a unique chance to get a Callaway Tour Bag signed by Tom.
