Winter Raffle 2024- key terms and conditions

Legal information:

Each raffle entry is £1. The raffle will be drawn on Wednesday 11th December at 12 noon. You must be 16 years or over to purchase or sell a raffle ticket. Underage gambling is an offence. Licensed and regulated by Belfast City Council. Website: www.belfastcity.gov.uk. Promoter: Ana Wilkinson 

Key terms and conditions:

In addition to the legal information there are additional terms and conditions which are understood to be agreed upon when entering the raffle:

1. Applications for raffle tickets received after the specified closing date will not be entered into the raffle and the payment for such raffle tickets will be treated as a donation to Friends of the Cancer Centre
2. Employees of Friends of the Cancer Centre cannot enter the raffle
3. Your personal data will be used in order to contact you if you have won a prize and to contact you, consent allowing, about future fundraising, our services, or both. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our charity office on 02890 699 393.
4. You agree to your name, location and prize won to be made public, this may include, press, social media and our own website, this list is not exhaustive.
5. Upon winning a prize you may be required to take part in photography for press purposes.
6. There will be no variation of prizes, there will be no alternative offered.
7. The draw will be completed by 2 members of charity staff.
8. All prize winners will be notified by telephone where possible
9. A list of winners will be available on the charity’s website after the draw is concluded and the winners have been contacted.
