Ask an Architect raises £3,000

This year’s Ask an Architect has raised a fantastic £3,000 for Friends of the Cancer Centre.

Throughout Ask an Architect weekend over 80 architects from more than 60 architectural practices across Northern Ireland offered hour long consultations in return for a minimum charitable donation of £40.

All donations were made to the Jill Todd Trust, which was set up to commemorate Jill, whose life was taken by cancer. Jill was 23 and the daughter of local architect, Barrie Todd.  The Jill Todd Trust very kindly presented all funds raised through Ask an Architect to Friends of the Cancer Centre to support our work in local research.

Thank you to all the architects who gave up their time and all those who booked a consultation and gave so generously. Special thanks to Jill Todd Trust for their continued support as well as the Royal Society of Ulster Architects, PLACE and sponsors Garage Door Systems. Stay tuned for more Ask an Architect news later in the year.
