Join #TeamFriends and become a superhero on Saturday 10th May or Saturday 9th August 2025 to abseil down one of NI’s most iconic buildings – the Belfast City Hospital tower block!
It’s a great way to challenge yourself, whilst taking in the spectacular views from across the city. By taking part you will also be making a real difference to local families impacted by cancer in Northern Ireland.

The sponsorship money raised helps fund our vital support services to patients and their families across Northern Ireland. For example, your sponsorship raised at this event could provide 6 hours of nursing care from one of the charity’s specialist nurses.
Please note, participants must be aged 14 to take part in this challenge and must have an adult to accompany them to the abseil and complete their medical form.
